Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?
Property owners are not required to accept Section 8 tenants unless mandated by local housing laws. We recommend reviewing your local regulations to determine any specific requirements.

Are you licensed?
Yes. Lineage Property Management is fully licensed and operates in full compliance with all applicable industry standards and real estate laws.

Can I reach you after hours?
Our agency offers SEO, online marketing, ad campaign management, Google Analytics and reporting, full site SEO sudits, content creation, and even website development.

Can you deposit rental income directly into my account?
Yes. We offer direct deposit services to ensure your rental income is delivered quickly and securely each month.

Do I get to review or sign the lease?
Owners are welcome to review our standard lease agreements. We typically handle lease execution on your behalf.

Do you offer real estate sales services?
Yes. In addition to property management, we can assist with real estate sales. If you're considering buying or selling, let us know and we’ll walk you through your options.

How and when do I receive payments?
Owner disbursements are processed on a regular monthly schedule via direct deposit or mailed check, after rent is collected and expenses are reconciled. Most owners will receive funds around the 10th of each month.

How is rent collection handled?
We offer secure online rent payments and other convenient options for tenants. Late payments are addressed promptly according to lease terms and applicable laws.

How long are your lease terms?
Standard lease terms are typically 12 months, but we can adjust based on market conditions and your preferences.

How much is the security deposit?
Security deposit amounts are based on tenant qualifications and generally equal to one month’s rent. We ensure all deposits meet legal requirements.

How soon can you start managing my property?
We can begin management as soon as the necessary agreements are signed.
